This service is for clients who want the home pulled together using a mix of existing and new pieces. We refine furniture placement to improve flow, then layer in soft furnishings that support comfort, privacy and thermal performance.
It can be engaged as a standalone service, or integrated into Full-Service Interior Design.

A cohesive palette and styling direction across the selected areas
A schedule or shopping list suitable for sourcing (level confirmed in proposal)
The process
1. Discovery Call (20 minutes) A short call to understand what you’re looking for and confirm whether this service is the right fit. If it is, we’ll book your paid consultation.
2. Paid Initial Design Consultation (90 minutes) – $320 We meet on site to review the agreed rooms, understand how you use them, and identify where scale, layout or current furnishing choices aren’t working.
3. Scope + Fixed-Fee Proposal Following the consultation, you’ll receive a fixed-fee proposal confirming the rooms included and the scope of selections (furniture, rugs, lighting, window furnishings).
Acceptance confirms scope and starts the furnishing phase.
4. Furniture Direction + Selections We refine furniture placement where needed and develop a cohesive furnishing direction for the agreed rooms.
A presentation meeting is included to review selections and confirm preferred items.
5. Final Schedule + Next Steps You receive a clear schedule or shopping list (as scoped), with specifications and guidance for sourcing and implementation.
Procurement (ordering, purchasing and managing deliveries/returns) can be discussed as an optional add-on, if required.
